We grew up fascinated by markets. Not by the glamour of Wall Street, but by the puzzle beneath it—the idea that beneath the chaos of price movements lie patterns waiting to be discovered.

We studied the legends. Jim Simons—the mathematician and Cold War code breaker who founded Renaissance Technologies and proved that quantitative models could decode what intuition couldn't. His Medallion Fund, staffed by physicists and mathematicians rather than traders, became the most successful hedge fund in history.

We learned from John Bollinger and his volatility bands—an elegant statistical framework for defining relative highs and lows that bridged technical and fundamental analysis. And we dove deep into Glenn Neely's work: his NEoWave methodology that brought scientific rigor to wave analysis, and later his Neely River Trading—a paradigm shift that treats markets like a river, replacing subjective wave interpretation with objective, logic-driven analysis.

And complexity can be modeled.

Trading was always part of our lives—not as a profession, but as a constant companion. We watched charts between meetings, placed trades during lunch breaks, analyzed positions late at night. But life kept getting in the way: demanding jobs, families, responsibilities. We never had the time to fully dedicate ourselves to it.

So we decided to approach it differently. If we couldn't outwork the market, maybe we could outsmart it—by combining bleeding-edge Predictive AI and Generative AI with everything we'd learned building enterprise systems, AI architectures, and scalable products.
